• Temporary, Seasonal Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents at our facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to guest services, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for all patrons while promoting a positive experience at our facility. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Provide immediate assistance in emergency situations, including performing CPR and first aid as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and guest interactions. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service. Experience Proven swimming ability with strong skills in water rescue techniques. Current certifications in CPR and First Aid are required; Lifeguard certification is preferred. Previous experience in guest services or similar roles is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for pool maintenance tasks. Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus.
