We are seeking reliable and energetic lifeguards to join our team for the summer season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and creating a safe, fun environment for members and guests. Our pool facility includes a large main pool, small kiddie pool, check-in, and snack bar. Lifeguard Duties to

Include:

Monitor the pool area to ensure safety at all times Acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency Remaining alert to surroundings at all times while on duty Checking members and guests into pool area Assist with swim lessons and member engagement Preparing and maintaining appropriate activity reports Perform other job-related duties as assigned Maintain a clean and organized pool environment

Position Requirements:

Must be available for the full season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Must be available weekends and holidays Current Lifeguard and CPR Certifications required (CPR must be updated yearly) Comfortable working with children and families Ability to teach swim lessons is a plus Team-oriented with strong communication skills
