Lifeguard

Overview In this role, you will oversee swimmer safety, enforce pool rules, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. Your proactive approach and quick response skills will help create a fun, safe space where everyone can enjoy their time in the water. Responsibilities Vigilantly monitor pool activity to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies Enforce safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment for swimmers of all ages Assist guests with pool access, provide guest services, and answer questions about pool facilities Perform effective emergency response Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including pool cleaning and debris removal Document incidents, and safety checks in daily logs Requirements Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate strong swimming skills Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and active movement throughout shifts Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Must be at least 16 years old or as required by local regulations We value energetic individuals who are dedicated to safety and guest satisfaction.
