We're hiring a Lifeguard to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. Compensation:

$20.00/hour Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible) What You'll Do Ensure the safety of Members and Guests by actively monitoring all aquatic areas. Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies with proper procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning pool environment. Perform daily opening/closing duties and routine pool maintenance. Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly approach. Assist with aquatic programs, lessons, and club events. Monitor pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment functionality. Accurately complete logs, reports, and incident documentation. Uphold all Club standards, policies, and safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional communication style. Requirements Ability to stand and walk and sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions. Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required. Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including sun, heat, and water exposure. Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift. The Club complies with all California meal and rest break requirements.
