Lifeguard

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while monitoring pool activities and performing necessary maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment for safety compliance. Assist with pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing. Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns. Report any incidents or accidents promptly to management. Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certification and improve skills. Qualifications Current Lifeguard certification is required. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for guest interactions. Previous experience in guest services or lifeguarding is a plus but not mandatory.
