Lifeguard Job Posting Job Summary:

Glynwood's Life Guard position will take place onsite at Perkins Lake. Their primary responsibilities are to ensure the safety of swimmers, enforce safety rules, prevent accidents and provide rescue and emergency care when necessary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor swimmers and surrounding areas for any signs of distress Enforce water safety Respond to emergencies with appropriate first aid Identify and prevent accidents Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safety

Essential Job Duties:

Open Water Lifeguard certification Excellent swimming skills First aid and CPR trained Weekend availability required Strong communication skills Comfortable in a leadership role Attention to detail Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner Attend training sessions as required

Work Environment:

This job is outdoors.
