Lifeguard (Seasonal)

Meredith Management is seeking part-time and full-time lifeguards to provide pool safety at apartment community in South Hadley. Looking for a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities & Duties Open and close pool each day and evening depending on scheduled hours Check in residents using the pool Monitor pool related activities closely throughout shift and identify any safety issues. Direct swimmers out of the pool in hazardous conditions Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of residents Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool Other duties as assigned Minimum requirements : 16 years old Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Certificate Please email resume and letter of interest
