We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our pool facilities. As a lifeguard, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for all patrons while upholding our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain constant surveillance of pool areas to ensure guest safety, responding swiftly and appropriately to emergencies. Provide first aid and emergency care until professional medical services arrive. Uphold a professional attitude, appearance, and a high standard of customer service at all times. Perform daily pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and chemical testing (if certified as a pool operator). Assist with janitorial duties, such as maintaining clean restrooms and ensuring overall facility cleanliness. Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to daily operations and incidents. Enforce facility policies and procedures to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations. Proficiency in lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques. Ability to swim and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects. Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

Valid Lifeguard Training Certification, CPR & First Aid Certification (required by start date). Don't have your certification yet? No problem! We offer lifeguard training classes to help you get certified. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Conditions:

Physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working with pool chemicals (for pool operators only). Extended hours in outdoor environments.
