Lifeguard Supervisor - Part Time - Memorial Day through Labor Day

The Center at Mariandale seeks a summer part-time lifeguard/supervisor responsible for overseeing the scheduling, training and supervision of two additional lifeguards, ensuring coverage and serving as a lifeguard. Must have at least 3 years' prior experience as a lifeguard, prior supervisory experience preferred. Responsible for safety of swimmers and for implementing city/county/state rules pertaining to pool operation. She/he will be expected to oversee the daily cleanliness of the pool and fenced enclosure and prepare the pool area and bath house for the start and end of the day. Must be able to render basic first aid, implement Emergency Action Plan for serious or life-threatening injury/illness and submit appropriate documentation as needed. Pay:
