AtWork Tysons VA Job Description About the Role We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance the daily experience and overall well-being of our residents/clients. In this role, you will design, plan, and implement engaging programs, activities, and events that promote social connection, wellness, and an elevated quality of life. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys event planning, and is passionate about creating meaningful experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities and events Develop engaging programs focused on wellness, recreation, culture, and social interaction Build relationships with residents/clients to understand interests and preferences Coordinate logistics including scheduling, supplies, vendors, and transportation as needed Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and outside partners to enhance programming Maintain activity calendars and communicate upcoming events effectively Ensure activities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with participant needs Track participation and gather feedback to continuously improve programming Support special events, holidays, and themed experiences Qualifications Previous experience in activity coordination, event planning, hospitality, senior living, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Proficient in basic computer applications (email, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
