Essential Functions:

Coordinate activities, socials and classes for our residents. Plan daily happy hour. Promote having fun and spreading sunshine to the residents throughout the community. Recruit and train a team of volunteers. Manage a monthly budget.

Requirements Desired Skills and Experience:

Proficient in written and verbal English. Love having fun with the older adult population. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Comfortable with the computer. Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities. Ability to periodically travel overnight. Ability to work flexible schedules in 24-hour operation including weekends. Respect for the principles of resident rights and confidentiality.

Preferences:

Experience in a senior care community.
