Empire Towing is hiring one tow truck driver self loader wheel lift Ram 5500 Monday through Friday 12:30 pm to 9pm The available shift is no negotiable and is the only open slot we have, we can not make exceptions to the hours we need covered, Mahalo. Candidates with experience preferred, but those with a strong will to learn will be taught how to do this. Summary As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be essential in providing reliable roadside assistance for large insurance companies and car brands. Being dispatched to roadside calls, you will utilize your core skills in driving and operating tow trucks, particularly a wreckers, to ensure safe transport of vehicles. Having skills in automotive and mechanical knowledge will enhance your ability to address various vehicle issues on-site. Additionally, having skills in customer service and load management will help you with interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally for a totally satisfied experience. Join our team to make a difference in our community's Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating tow trucks Strong mechanical knowledge Excellent customer service and conflict management skills Experience with load and unload procedures Familiarity with commercial driving regulations Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition. Load and unload vehicles while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues when necessary.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
