Lighting Showroom Sales Associate

— Showroom Sales Associate Lighting Etc. is looking for a motivated, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our showroom team at 30Avenue. This position is primarily focused on showroom sales, customer service, merchandising, and assisting clients with lighting, fans, furnishings, and accessories selections. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers in a creative retail environment and has an interest in design and home interiors. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the Lighting industry while supporting homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers. Retail sales and customer selections will be handled in-house through the showroom, larger full-home and wholesale customer projects and on-site walkthroughs will be managed by Senior Lighting and Design Specialists.

Responsibilities:

Assisting retail and trade clients in the showroom Answering showroom phone calls and assisting customers professionally Helping customers with lighting, fan, furniture, and accessory selections Learning to support retail design and selection projects from the showroom Maintaining showroom displays, merchandising, and pricing Assisting with presentations, estimates, and customer follow-up General showroom upkeep and cleanliness

Qualifications:

Excellent and demonstrable computer skills required Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Furniture or Lighting sales experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow within the industry Strong communication and customer service skills Must have a reliable cell phone Ability to multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment

Schedule:

Full-time Tuesday thru Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:00
