Funciones:

Realizar tareas de limpieza como barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos Limpiar y desinfectar baños y reponer suministros Vaciar los basureros y desechar la basura correctamente Limpiar el polvo y superficies, incluyendo escritorios, mesas y repisas Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, como vestíbulos, pasillos y salas de descanso Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza establecidos y las normas de seguridad

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o industrial preferida Conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza y uso de equipos Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima Atención al detalle y minuciosidad al completar tareas Buen manejo del tiempo Resistencia física para realizar tareas repetitivas y levantar objetos si es necesario Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo We have cleaning positions available in Lake Wales, FL (33853) for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy consistent hours, weekly pay, and want to grow in the commercial cleaning field.

Position Details:

• Lake Wales, FL (33853) - Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Weekly pay
• The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building and must have strong attention to detail

Duties:

Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Good time management skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Please note that duties may vary depending on the specific job location and requirements.
