Job Description:

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food safely, while maintaining high product quality in a fast paced environment. Line Cook position will be responsible for maintaining a clean work station, all food prep needed for the next day, dishes and clean up at the end of day. All above positions report to the Owners/Manager.

Hourly Rate:

$16/hr + pooled tipshare (approx. $5-7/hr)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to lift 50 lbs Work safely around kitchen equipment Must be 18 years old or older to apply Prior experience as a line cook, or restaurant crew member or other BOH restaurant jobs is required
