Terlingua Ranch Lodge and the Bad Rabbit Café sit in the high desert of Far West Texas, about 45 minutes from Big Bend National Park. We're hiring a Line Cook who can handle a rush, stay organized, and consistently put out solid food. Key Responsibilities Prepare and plate menu items consistently and efficiently Keep your station clean, stocked, and service-ready Work effectively during high-volume dinner shifts Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support team members and assist where needed Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in a remote environment Work Environment This is a fast-paced, working kitchen in a remote location. Shifts can be busy, physical, and require teamwork and focus.
