About the
Role:
We are seeking a full-time Line Cook position to work for a newly established Italian restaurant. You will work side by side with passionate chefs, contributing your skill and creativity while fostering a culture of respect, team-building, and continuous learning. Our menu celebrates Northern Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pastas, charcoal-fired grilled steaks, and seasonal/ locally sourced produce all thoughtfully prepared to highlight authentic yet contemporary flavors.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelinesMaintain and uphold food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service Assist with daily prep, deliveries, and rotating inventoriesCommunicate clearly and respectfully with all team membersContribute to a positive kitchen cultureQualifications & ExperienceAt least 5 years of kitchen experience. Fine dining experience preferred.
Knowledge of Italian cuisineStrong knife skillsUnderstanding of classical and modern cooking methodsAbility to work effectively under-pressureFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysPassion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning
