Line Cook

Line Cook At Cold Water Brewery & Grill, our Line Cooks are a vital part of delivering the high-quality food and guest experience we are known for. We are a fast-paced kitchen focused on exceptional California cuisine with international influences, and we are looking for motivated, experienced cooks who thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position requires professionalism, urgency, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Teamwork is essential, and all Line Cooks are expected to arrive prepared, clean, organized, and ready to support all back-of-house operations as directed by our Kitchen Supervisor Team. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail Work various stations including: Pantry Grill Sauté Fryer Prep Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations throughout service Assist with food prep and kitchen organization Follow all kitchen systems, recipes, and food safety standards Support overall kitchen cleanliness, maintenance, and daily operations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors during service Complete all additional duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor Team What We're Looking For Previous line cook experience required Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to food quality Dependable, motivated, and coachable Position Requirements Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler / FoodServe Certificate Weekend and holiday availability required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies/equipment as needed Must arrive to work clean, prepared, and ready for service Compensation & Perks $18
