Job Description

We are looking to hire a solid, experienced line cooks with a positive outlook, consistent effort, team oriented as well as technically proficient. Shifts would be 2-3 evenings a week, Fridays and Saturdays mostly. Must have 3-5 years fine dining experience, good references and a solid cooking background. Culinary school a plus, but not necessary. We are not looking for hotshots, big attitudes or mercenaries. We are looking for a great cook who knows how to be on a team. You will be required to talk about recipes and techniques of cooking in the interview.
