Job Summary Join our team as a Line Cook where your energy and attention to detail will create memorable meals for our guests. In this role, you'll use fresh ingredients to create homemade pizzas, hand battered appetizers, hand pattied burgers, grilled steaks, our signature Friday Fish Fry ame more. Whether you are ensuring our menu items are beautifully executed or you're assisting with a catering event you'll be part of an awesome team where we make every guest feel welcomed and valued. Your multitasking skills and passion for hospitality will shine as you manage orders efficiently and accurately, and uphold food safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a fun and energetic team. Honesty and accountability are an absolute must! Duties Prepare menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Prepare food using accurate portions and keeping food costs in check. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Execute multiple food orders efficiently while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines. Handle food using proper food handling procedures. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain cleanliness, proper food handling practices, and compliance with health regulations. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings. Food preparation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to support smooth service flow during busy nights or events. Collaborate with team members to create a fun environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, but willing to train the right person. Strong time management skills are essential for balancing multiple food tickets during peak hours. Proven customer service skills that showcase your ability to connect with diverse guests while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
