Key Responsibilities Food Preparation:

Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes according to recipes and Chef's directions.

Kitchen Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.

Food Safety:

Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards to guarantee quality and safety of all food items.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with the Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Schedule Part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
