Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and labeling to minimize waste. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety. Requirements Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry or fine dining establishment. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required.
