Job description The Goat's Beard in Wayne is a vibrant and dynamic restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, drinks, and atmosphere for our growing community. As we prepare for the new year with our new Spring Menu, we're seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our guests. Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food, dedicated to maintaining consistency even during high-volume periods, and committed to upholding the quality standards of The Goat's Beard. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain consistency and quality during high-volume periods. Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus, but not required.
