Line Cook

$17-20/hour DOE + $3-5/hour in tips | Earn $20-25/hour The Sitting Duck Bar & Grill is hiring line cooks for the 2026 season! We're a busy lakeside bar & grill on Flathead Lake in Bigfork. We need experienced, reliable cooks ready to crush high-volume summer service alongside a great team. Unlike most restaurants, our kitchen shares in the tip pool—you earn tips on top of competitive hourly wages.

Season:

March 15 - October 15

What You'll Do:

Execute dishes with speed and consistency during high-volume service Work the grill, flattop, or fryer stations Maintain station cleanliness and food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly Help with prep and station setup as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous line cook experience (will train the right person) Ability to work fast and stay organized during rushes Strong work ethic and reliability Team-first attitude Available to work weekends and holidays during the season
