We are seeking a focused, detail-driven Line Cook / Sandwich Maker who understands that assembling a sandwich is not just a task — it is a craft. This role is central to our guest experience. The Role The Line Cook / Sandwich Maker is responsible for executing sandwiches and cold line items with precision, consistency, and urgency while maintaining an organized and pristine station. You will Assemble sandwiches exactly to recipe specifications Maintain speed without sacrificing presentation Ensure proper portioning and consistency Communicate clearly with grill, prep, and expo Manage ticket flow during high-volume service Maintain a clean and fully stocked station at all times Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Support prep production when needed This is a fast-paced environment. Calm focus and strong systems are essential.
