Early Mornings | Consistent Weekly Shifts | Weekends RequiredThe VibeCasper Fermentables is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. We specialize in fermented breads, bagels, and thoughtful seasonal dishes. If you thrive in a focused, early-morning environment and take pride in consistency and craft, we want to meet you.

The RoleThis isn't your average "late-night" line cook gig. We start early to ensure Austin gets the freshest products possible. You will be responsible for executing our menu with precision, maintaining a clean station, and working collaboratively in a high-volume environment.

What You ll
Be Doing:
Setting up and breaking down the line for daily service.

Executing menu items (sandwiches, toasts, specials) to exact specifications.

Maintaining rigorous food safety and sanitation standards.

Communicating effectively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.

Looking For:
Availability:
You must be available to work weekends.
Early Risers:
You enjoy having your afternoons and evenings free and don t mind the early start.
Consistency:
You show up on time, every time, ready to work a stable, predictable shift.
Experience:
Previous experience in a fast-casual or high-volume kitchen is preferred, but a great attitude and a "sense of urgency" are non-negotiable.
Passion:
An interest in fermentation, sourdough, or local sourcing is a major plus!
