customer service! May 15th- Oct 31st, The job profile of a cook includes preparing meals for employees, resort guests & the public. Experience with line cooking & preparing chef's choice- type meals is required. Cooks must be creative and have the ability to create special breakfast & dinner menus on a weekly basis for employees & American Plan guests. Duties and Responsibilities Prep work, maintaining a spotless kitchen. Maintaining equipment Put food out in a timely manner with appropriate garnishes Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Assisting Manager with weekly grocery order & inventory Assisting Manager in keeping food costs down & reducing waste Skills and Specifications Should have excellent customer service skills Should be well groomed with clean hygiene. Should be organized and be able to work well under pressure Should be able to multi-task & work independently & with a group Applicants MUST be able cross international border with Canada (No DUI's or Felonies) No pets allowed in employee housing
