Line Cook :

3+ years experience minimum highly preferred. Full Time must be able to work mornings / Nights + The ability to maintain a supremely clean work environment maintaining high standards of workplace sanitation + Strong Familiarity with food prep techniques + Must be able to work full shift standing on feet. What You'll Do:

Work alongside our Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service. Execute food preparation and presentation to The Shed's high standards. Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, following safety guidelines. Open and close the kitchen following The Shed's protocols and Health Department regulations. Ensure all food storage areas are properly organized and products are stored safely and hygienically.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (upscale casual experience preferred). Ability to work both day and evening shifts (two days off per week). Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude. Experience reading and following written recipes accurately. Familiarity with receiving and organizing deliveries. Exceptional knife skills and knowledge of major food prep techniques (breakfast/brunch experience a plus!). Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor.
