• Part-time We're looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our cocktail bar kitchen team.

This role focuses on preparing appetizers, bar bites, and small plates with strong attention to flavor, plating, and presentation. We're seeking someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating visually appealing dishes that complement a high-end cocktail experience.

Schedule Regular shifts:

Wednesday-Sunday, 4:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Additional morning shifts may be available on an on-call basis Responsibilities Prepare and cook appetizers, small dishes, and bar snacks according to recipes and quality standards Execute attractive plating and presentation for all menu items Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryer, oven, and grill Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory rotation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed Work collaboratively with bartenders and kitchen staff during busy service hours Qualifications Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or appetizer cook preferred Strong knowledge of plating, garnishing, and food presentation Experience operating fryer, oven, and grill required Spanish bilingual preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional morning shifts If you're passionate about food presentation and enjoy working in a vibrant cocktail bar atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.
