What We're Looking For Positive attitudes Team players who treat others with respect People who stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen Individuals who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and quality Reliable team members who show up ready to work and improve every day Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Stock and prep cooking stations before and during service Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen team members Ensure food is prepared accurately and in a timely manner Assist with receiving, storage, and kitchen organization as needed Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Food preparation and knife skills are a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain standing for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Local Cantina and Orange Umbrella Restaurants are equal opportunity employers.
