The Establishment is a contemporary dining destination in North Chelmsford, MA. We are committed to providing guests with delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service. We're looking for new Kitchen Staff to join our team and help us create a welcoming environment where guests can relax, enjoy great meals, and make lasting memories.

Position Overview:

As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. You'll execute daily kitchen activities, coordinate with team members, and uphold our standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to grow and learn. Must be able to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week . Weekend and holiday availability required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Located near Chelmsford, MA without the need for relocation. Ability to move around and stand for 8+ hours. Ability to lift and bend throughout the shift.

NICE TO HAVE

Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required. We value enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a passion for hospitality Food safety certification is preferred, but a general understanding of food safety regulations is just as important. Option to commute to Medford to fill in at our other location.
