Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area and walk-in Expediting lunch and/or dinner service to ensure the quality and consistency of dishes as well as timing of service Able to lift 50 lb The ideal candidate will have the following: Strong knowledge of food preparation methods. Clear, strong verbal and written communication skills. Must speak English Capable of working independently and in a team environment; Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays. Must be available Saturday & Sunday day. Safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the Kitchen ServSafe certificate
