Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in menu planning and development with the culinary team. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices. Skills Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred. Proficient knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen equipment safely. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
