Job Description

Job Overview We're a small, highly organized breakfast and lunch kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and locally sourced delicious food. We're looking for a strong Line Cook to take direction, execute sandwiches and egg cookery daily, and maintain cleanliness standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance cooking, organization, and prep/inventory management. Everything we make is from scratch and we have great systems and recipes built for all of our dishes, so training is a breeze. For the right candidate, this is a reliable, stable job with no drama and minimal stress

Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience based on Performative Interview (Trail) Responsibilities Keep yourself organized and motivated during solo-shifts Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu item Monitor inventory and keep storage organized Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and overall kitchen standards are upheld Communicate clearly with ownership and team; flag issues early and propose solutions Qualifications Previous kitchen experience required (prep cook, deli cook, line cook, short order
  • fast food does not count) Strong cooking skills and solid kitchen fundamentals Confident working independently and making decisions without constant oversight Reliable transportation, consistent, and solutions-oriented Positive attitude!
