Line Cook - Wood Fired Pizza

Job Overview Bellawood Farm is looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to join our team! We are a farm-based, agritourism business with a restaurant (including wood-fired oven), retail/butchershop, and event center located in Canal Winchester, OH that believes in making quality food from scratch, centered on farm-to-table ingredients, some of which is grown on site. This position is for a pizza maker and wood-fired brick oven operator for part time or full-time employment . We make quick-fired pizzas in a hand-built wood-fired, brick oven. Duties include dough preparation, dough stretching, prepping topping options, pizza topping, and baking pizzas in our wood-fired oven. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients : Make dough, sauce, and prepare toppings

Dough Prep and Stretching :

Properly roll dough balls, and hand-stretch pizza dough. Top and Bake pizzas : Bake pizzas to the Bellawood Farm standard of excellence, including custom and standard pizzas Take orders : Take orders from customers and provide customer service, including in-person and over the phone

Clean :

Maintain organized, clean and sanitized preparation and cooking stations, utensils, and workspace Maintain inventory : Monitor food inventory and rotate stock to ensure that all ingredients are within their shelf-life. Request new ingredients from the kitchen and/or prepare ingredients. Clean and Sterilize equipment : Clean and sterilize equipment and replace supplies as needed; assist with dish washing. Ensure quality : Check the quality of raw materials and food items to ensure they meet standards Complete all other tasks as assigned : All Bellawood Farm employees are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal job description. Pay:

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
