As a kitchen staff member, you would be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, ensuring food safety standards are met, and generally supporting the overall operations of The Smoke Shop BBQ kitchen by performing tasks like chopping vegetables, washing dishes, stocking ingredients, and following instructions from Kitchen Manager to produce quality dishes in a timely manner.

Schedule:

Full-Time/Part-Time, varying schedule, must be available on nights, weekends and holidays

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Stand for the entirety of an 8-hour shift
• Lift and transport items in excess of 50 lbs

• Work quickly and safely in stressful circumstances. Other Requirements
