LINE COOK

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available We are looking for a skilled, dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a strong work ethic to every shift, we want to hear from you. Compensation is competitive and based on your experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Execute dishes efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures (FIFO, temperature logs, labeling)
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory
• Adapt quickly to menu changes, specials, and prep priorities as directed by the Chef

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience required
• Solid knife skills and proficiency with standard kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure
• Strong sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support other stations as needed
• Current Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary school training or equivalent professional development
• Experience with specific cuisine types relevant to our concept
• Prior experience working on multiple stations (sauté, grill, fry, prep)
