Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to menu specifications and recipes Cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, maintaining high food quality standards Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene Assist with meal prep tasks, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service Support kitchen operations during busy hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food service Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Kitchen experience in restaurants or catering environments is preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen tools safely Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
