Must be available weekends. The ideal individual must have a clean appearance, positive attitude, team player and be customer and food-oriented with high-energy. Big smiles bring even bigger tips. We are one of the busiest food truck lots in Central Oregon so you must be ready to work and have fun doing it. Cook positions start at $20/hr and can makes & 35+/hr with tips! Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Support the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and plating of meals Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations Serve food efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary industry preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
