• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Kebab G Restaurant is looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook / Cashier to join our team.

We're seeking someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, provides great customer service, and helps maintain a clean and efficient kitchen/front counter operation. Responsibilities Cook and prepare food on the grill according to restaurant standards Assemble plates, wraps, and customer orders accurately Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation Operate the register and handle customer transactions Take customer orders in person and over the phone Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and work areas Complete opening and/or closing cleaning duties Restock supplies, sauces, utensils, and ingredients as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service Qualifications Previous restaurant, line cook, cashier, or fast-casual experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Food Handler Card preferred ( Can obtain after employment) Weekend and evening availability preferred Ideal Candidate Friendly and professional with customers Quick learner with strong multitasking skills Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working around grills, heat, and kitchen equipment
