Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook food items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment Support kitchen staff with food handling, portioning, and plating tasks during busy service hours Operate dishwashing machinery and hand-wash cookware and utensils to uphold hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, knife skills, and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required.
