  • Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a vibrant dining experience for our guests.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the kitchen operation, ensuring food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Whether you're chopping vegetables, cooking delicious dishes, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, your contributions will be vital to our success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and quality. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing and sanitation procedures Handle food safely by following proper food handling and safety protocols Support catering and special event meal preparation as needed Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Serve dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant, catering, or dietary department preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic food preparation methods Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and servers Prior dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise while contributing to a lively kitchen environment.
