Job Overview The Boathouse Grille is Hiring! We are looking for experienced line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers to join our fantastic culinary team! Enjoy the summer with two set days off per week at our beautiful waterfront location.

• Competitive Pay Responsibilities Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards Cook food items with precision, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurants, catering, or culinary environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards Strong knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen tools safely Maintaining hygiene standards in a busy kitchen Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Embark on a culinary journey with us—where your skills will grow, your efforts are valued, and every shift brings new opportunities to excel!
