Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware in accordance with food safety guidelines Assist with food handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness and prevent contamination Follow proper knife skills and food preparation techniques to ensure efficiency and safety Support catering events and special functions by preparing and serving food as needed Ensure all work areas are organized, stocked, and ready for service to promote smooth kitchen operations Qualifications Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, but not required Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic cooking tasks with proficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniques Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues Willingness to learn new culinary skills and adapt to fast-paced environments Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
