Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook dishes with precision, maintaining high standards for quality, presentation, and taste Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and adhering to food safety regulations Support kitchen operations by cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Assist with menu planning and ingredient organization to ensure smooth kitchen workflow Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with health department standards Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety procedures Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience, including knife skills and meal preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices Experience in menu planning, catering, serving, or related culinary activities is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their culinary expertise while contributing to a lively dining atmosphere.
