Line Cooks & Prep Cooks

What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items daily following our recipes and quality standards Handle all prep work: chopping, slicing, portioning, marinating, and mise en place Set up, stock, and break down your station at the start and end of each shift Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, slicers, immersion blenders) Follow FIFO, proper labeling, and food temperature protocols at all times Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift Work closely with kitchen teammates to keep service running smoothly Accommodate dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen requests What We're Looking For 1+ year of kitchen or food service experience preferred — will train the right person Solid knife skills and safe handling of kitchen equipment Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe a plus) Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods Dependable, punctual, and a genuine team player A passion for natural and health-conscious food is a big plus
