JOB SUMMARY:

Will assist departments from a sanitarian aspect along with performing duties as listed below.

JOB DUTIES

Set up, and / or disassemble equipment for washing, foaming, and sanitizing as required. Includes conveyors, batter and breeding, and other machines in department. Perform dry pick-up, and proper disposal of all waste materials that are on the floor, in red inedible tubs, totes, or garbage cans and transport to Inedible Dock. Will assist in any line mid-shift clean-ups, sanitizing, and removal of fryer bricks. Will help supply line with any predust, batter, breading, or any other supplies that are being used for that day. Maintain clean work area. Frequent twisting, bending and lifting up to 100#. Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Must be a self-motivated employee who must possess good communication skills. Must meet Line Sanitarian Back & Task requirements. Must be able to stand, walk, shovel, and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day. Must complete Lock Out/ Tag Out and Hazard Communication training courses along with a basic Sanitation Chemical course. TEAM oriented person who can get along, and work well with others.
