Hours:
2nd (2:50pm - 11:00pm) or 3rd (10:50pm - 7:00am) At Schwan Cosmetics, the Line Technician III serves as a vital Process Technician . You are the bridge between raw materials and a finished premium product. This isn't just about watching a machine—it's about mastering a complex manufacturing process. You will take full ownership of equipment efficiency, quality metrics, and the technical development of your team. If you view manufacturing as a science and take pride in "dialing in" a process to perfection, you belong here. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Control & Quality Assurance (50%)Analytical Monitoring:
Conduct high-frequency quality audits and inspections. You don't just find defects; you identify the root cause in the process to prevent them from recurring.Data-Driven Documentation:
Maintain precise logs of downtime, foreign material issues, and output quality, adhering strictly to cGMP and standard work practices.Technical Collaboration:
Partner with Line Technician IVs to troubleshoot complex technology problems and optimize machine parameters for peak performance.Workflow Orchestration:
Independently organize and execute manufacturing orders to ensure the production flow remains uninterrupted. 2. Technical Systems & Machine Optimization (30%)Systems Expert:
Perform autonomous maintenance and assist with complex technical changeovers and line clearances.Troubleshooting:
Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical or process-related issues that impact downtime or quality.Technical Mentorship:
Act as the "Lead Trainer" for Level I and II Technicians, transferring your process knowledge to ensure a highly skilled, versatile team. 3. Safety, 5S & Continuous Improvement (10%)The Gold Standard:
Maintain a world-class work environment by upholding 5S guidelines and rigorous safety protocols.Process Evolution:
Actively participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects, finding ways to make our eco-friendly manufacturing even more efficient.The Ideal Candidate Technical Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; fluency in English (verbal and written).Precision Measurement:
Expert ability to read micrometers, scales, and rulers.Mathematical Literacy:
