About Us The Good Sheet is a recently launched but rapidly growing local linen company serving the North Myrtle Beach area. Built through strong relationships within the vacation rental and property management industry, we are focused on providing reliable linen service to vacation homes and hospitality partners throughout the Grand Strand. We are building a hardworking team from the ground up and looking for people who want to grow with us as the company continues to expand. Overview The Good Sheet is hiring a Linen Facility Manager to help lead daily operations inside our linen facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can help organize workflow, keep the team productive, and maintain quality standards while still working alongside the crew. This is not a "sit in the office" management position. The Linen Facility Manager is expected to actively work with the team throughout the day - helping fold, sort, pack, organize, and problem solve wherever needed while leading operations on the floor. Responsibilities Lead daily linen facility operations and workflow Help manage and support Linen Facility Associates throughout the shift Work directly alongside the team in folding, sorting, packing, staging, and production tasks Keep workflow organized and efficient during busy periods Ensure linen orders are packed accurately and on time Monitor quality control and remove stained or damaged linens Help train new employees on procedures and expectations Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the facility Assist with inventory tracking and supply organization Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, or process improvements Help create a positive, productive work environment Requirements Leadership or supervisor experience preferred Previous experience in laundry, warehouse, housekeeping, hospitality, or production environments preferred Must be dependable and punctual Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Must be able to lift laundry bags, bins, and supplies as needed Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead by example and work well with a team Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Pay:
