As a LINKS Coach, you will play a vital role in the supervision and care of individuals attending the LINKS Day Habilitation Program. Your daily responsibilities will include organizing and preparing activities, outings, and personal care under the guidance of the Team Coordinator. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:
Supervision:
Assist in the supervision of individuals during break and mealtimes, creating a supportive and respectful environment.
Personal Assistance:
Provide physical assistance when necessary, helping with eating, dressing, personal hygiene, and more.
Documen tation:
Keep detailed records of interactions and support interventions, ensuring accurate documentation in various forms.
Organization:
Oversee and participate in daily clean-up activities, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
Activities:
Assist in various activities such as community outings, socialization, following directions, job readiness, and crafting.
Behavioral Support:
Implement or oversee the implementation of behavioral plans to ensure the well-being of those you support.
Collaboration:

What You Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need: Be at least 18 years old High School diploma or
GED Driver's License Medication Manager Certification:
